TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES
Technical Support provides technical assistance in troubleshooting,
operation and installation of Kustom Signals manufactured equipment.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT (Customer Service)
Customer Service provides Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers to customers
as well as answers general questions about repair estimates, repair status and warranty
expiration dates.
PARTS DEPARTMENT
Parts department will assist by placing orders for parts for your existing system(s).
REPAIR (DEPOT REPAIR)
Depot Repair is Kustom's factory repair area where units are restored/repaired. For questions related to repair estimates
or repair status, please contact Customer Support (Customer Service).
FIELD SERVICE
Field Service schedules a Field Service Technician to perform onsite repair services
at the agencies location. This option is available to customers at an expense.
