Preferred Kustomer.


Can anyone become a Preferred Kustomer?
No. Due the sensitive nature of some of the content within the Preferred Kustomer portion of the website, only individuals who are employed as a law enforcement official or as a public safety employee are eligible to receive a Preferred Kustomer user name and password.

How do I become a Preferred Kustomer?
Simply click on the "Request Info" file tab or the orange line that says "become a Preferred Kustomer". Fill out the feedback form completely and hit "send". Once we receive your information, an inside sales representative from your territory will call you to verify your information and issue a password. ONLY LAW ENFORCEMENT AND PUBLIC SAFETY EMPLOYEES WILL BE ISSUED A USER NAME AND PASSWORD.

Does it cost anything to become a Preferred Kustomer?
No. The service is free.

What types of services are available to Preferred Kustomers?
Upon receiving your password, you will be registered to receive automatic emails. These emails will be issued to inform you of product updates, contract news, special pricing and other product or service related issues that might be of interest to you and your agency/department.

The Preferred Kustomer password will also allow you to enter portions of the website that are otherwise not available to the general public. As a Preferred Kustomer, you can also benefit from the following.

  • Configuration tables for each of the major product lines. Determine the way you'd like to order your product and request a quote from one of our inside sales representatives.
  • Download full color brochures in PDF format as well as detailed specifications.
  • What if I don't want to receive automatic emails?
  • If you decide the emails are not helpful to you, just call or email us and we'll remove your email address from our list of recipients. For verification purposes, you will need to provide your full name, department, daytime phone number, email address and password in order to be removed from the list.
What if I forget my password?
Call or email us and once we verify your information, we'll re-issue your password.
