Kustom Signals has 16 engineers, the largest internal engineering staff of any firm in the industry. This allows us to devote sufficient resources to problem solving as well as new product design. Information is gathered from seminars, trade shows, our customers and our sales staff. Our engineers, product managers and members from production, quality assurance, customer service, and marketing meet weekly to discuss this information and feedback and in turn use it in new product development and to improving existing products.
