What you should know before signing up to become a Preferred Authorized Service Center (ASC)

Can anyone become a Preferred ASC?
No. Due the sensitive nature of some of the content within the Authorized Service Center portion of the website, only individuals who are owners or employees of a Kustom Signals ASC are eligible to receive a Preferred ASC user name and password.

How do I become a Preferred ASC?
Simply click on the "Request Info" file tab or the orange line that says "become an Authorized Service Center". Fill out the feedback form completely and hit "send". Once we receive your information, we will verify your information and issue a password.

Does it cost anything to become a Preferred ASC?
No. The service is free.

What types of services are available to a Preferred ASC?
Upon receiving your password, you will be registered to receive automatic emails. These emails will be issued to inform you of new service bulletins, training dates, new trouble shooting guides, and other issues that may be of interest to you.

What if I forget my password?
Call or email us and we'll re-issue your password.
