of innovative safety equipment used in or on emergency response
vehicles and for selected commercial applications. PSE markets
its principal products under the industry-recognized Kustom
Signals® and Code 3® brand names, and holds a leading position
in most of its markets. The end users of PSE products include
law enforcement agencies, fire and rescue departments, and ambulance

manufacturer and marketer of warning devices and accessories
for emergency, public safety, and commercial applications. Code

- Emergency Lighting Products: Branded under Code 3®,
this product line includes light bars, flashers, sirens, speakers,
and push bumpers that are installed on emergency response
vehicles (principally police cars, fire apparatus, ambulances,
and wreckers). Products include the world's leading light
bar, the MX7000®, offering two levels of light
(rotating halogen or strobe) as well as the patented ArrowStik®
(for traffic direction), and take down, intersection and alley
lights (for pursuit and protection).
- Amber/Warning Products: Branded under PSE Amber®
the product line includes a wide range of light bars,
halogen and strobe beacons, directional lighting and back-up
alarms, for use in commercial, construction, utility, and
municipal vehicle applications.

of manufacturer's representatives and distributors serving the
public safety, municipal, and industrial markets. It has sales
